Lisa ensures everything at CDC runs exactly as it should, from keeping the team organised to making sure clients always feel looked after. She thrives on structure, efficiency and creating a calm, supportive environment where both clients and colleagues can focus on what matters most.
Often the first point of contact, Lisa places real importance on building strong relationships and making sure every client feels in safe hands from day one — nothing is ever too much trouble.
Outside of work, life revolves around her children and time outdoors, usually on walks with her dog Willow. She also enjoys yoga for balance and is a bit of a Mrs Hinch at heart. You’ll rarely find her without a coffee — and probably a bit of chocolate too.
Chris leads CDC with a focus on structure, clarity and real value for business owners.
Before founding CDC, Chris was a business owner himself, so he understands the pressures and challenges that come with running a company. That experience has shaped CDC’s approach, with systems designed around what genuinely works in practice, not just theory.
While Chris isn’t always involved in day-to-day client work, his influence runs through everything the business does, from the consistency of service to the quality of support the team provides.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys golf, coaching his son’s football team and spending time in the gym. He also has a bit of a soft spot for power tools — whether that’s a drill, a chainsaw or any excuse for a new project.
Matthew prepares accounts and tax returns, ensuring everything is completed accurately and on time, with clear guidance on what clients need to pay and when.
He works closely with clients through regular management calls, gaining a deep understanding of both their business and personal goals, allowing him to offer practical advice and forward-thinking tax planning.
Known for his logical and structured approach, Matthew consistently brings clarity and confidence to clients.
Outside of work, he supports Manchester United, enjoys golf and regularly visits Anglesey with his wife Poppy and their dog Woody. His guilty pleasure is building Lego — something he admits to a little reluctantly.
Jason is a key part of the CDC team, having completed his Level 3 UK recognised accountancy qualification (AAT) and now working towards Level 4. He continues to develop his knowledge while supporting clients with bookkeeping, VAT and PAYE reconciliations.
With strong attention to detail and a calm, methodical approach, Jason ensures clients are well supported and that key deadlines, including employer taxes and HMRC submissions, are met accurately and on time. Clients can feel confident that everything is in safe hands.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys hiking and walks with his dog Magnet, who is also a familiar face in the office. He’s also a keen golfer and is steadily improving his game.
Oliver joined CDC in September 2023 and has quickly gained hands-on experience within the bookkeeping department. Having successfully completed his Level 3 UK-recognised accountancy qualification (AAT), Oliver is now progressing through Level 4.
He supports clients with bookkeeping and VAT, often helping resolve queries and providing day-to-day assistance. Quick to learn and confident with technology, Oliver brings a proactive and reliable approach to his role.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing football, going to the gym and has a strong interest in music — always up for a good night out.
